What is coaching?
Your
coach is your mental compass and path-finder that helps
you find the way to your goal, whether you are at the top
of the mountain, in the lake, or in a brushwood.
Through coaching, you identify and define your goals and get help
to get there. The help is, among other things, motivation
and inspiration.
What
can coaching be used for?
Coaching
is a powerful tool that you use to get where you want to
get, at work or private, to get an improved self-esteem
and a stronger self-confidence, to handle stress and
prevent burn-out, In short, to create and maintain balance in life.

As your
coach I help you create balance in life, balance between
your different arenas, such as work,
family and the
personal arena. You
become more aware of your strengths and driving forces.
You strengthen your self-esteem and self-confidence and
you get access to powerful and effective tools to better
handle stress.
Coaching
for teams
I help
the team (such as a management team, a project team, or a
social group) to handle relations and conflicts constructively, create a positive
climate, stimulate to commitment, increase motivation and establish meaningful
values, opens for improved communication, improved team
feeling and sets visions.

Set goals and achieve them!Find your goals, at work, personal or
private. We ensure that they are coherent with both the
company's and your values. The start is the same as
personal coaching. You get access to effective and
powerful tools that will take you towards your goals.
Contract
one session every other week up to a total of ten
sessions. Evaluation. Further consultations at running
rate. Possibility to enter coaching.

Identify your
valuesFind your values and arrange them in order
of importance. We change the order if you are not
satisfied with the order we arrive at. This is something
for you that, for instance, want to increase your income
or worry about your health and career.

three sessions of one and a half to two hours plus an
evaluation some time later. Further consultations at
running rate. Possibility to enter coaching.

Change
unwanted behavioursDo you behave in
a way that you don't like in certain situations? Do
certain situations give you a feeling that you dislike or
do you react in a manner that you do not like? For
instance, feel insecure in larger companies, must check
that the owen is turned off before leaving your house, or
gets irritated at your in-laws. I help you change that.
One to
three sessions of one and a half to two hours plus an

Remove your fear of
flyingDoes it happen that you hesitate to fly? I
can help you remove the unpleasantness and fear.
We meet
for a session of one and a half to two hours. Evaluation
after next trip.

It worked! The flying, that is. A little shaky the first 10
minutes on the plane, then I relaxed so much that I fell
asleep for a while on the way out and felt relaxed during
the landing also.
I
was very calm all the way on the return to Arlanda, a
little uneasy but not as before.
